About the role

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager Europe, you will have a chance to work in a critical role supporting us in the full recruitment cycle activities company-wide for a variety of roles which will have an impact on the growth of our organization.

This internship will give you the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge into practice and be part of recruitment operations, employer branding, full-cycle recruitment, etc.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate European recruitment projects with our teams in Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, and Basingstoke
  • Discover new tools and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, etc.)
  • Interact with external people to build PARK NOW’s network and introduce them to our recruiters or hiring manages over a coffee
  • Coordinate the implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System (GreenHouse) to become a Data-driven team
  • Work on employer branding and bring new ideas to continuously improve our brands
  • Take part in career fairs and events

Requirements

You’re an enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for ‘good enough’. You’re always trying to improve. To develop solutions faster. To make our systems run better. You’re driven, analytical, flexible and critical. And you’re a great communicator. You have: 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree student (HR or Technology preferred)
  • *You must be enrolled as a student at a university/higher education institution during the internship
  • Curiosity for recruitment & HR (previous sourcing experience is a plus)
  • Excellent English language skills, additional languages are a plus (Dutch/German is a BIG plus)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise activities
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Fun personality and a team player
  • Available for a period of 6 months minimum (start date is flexible)
